Assembly

Assembling the scooter is a simple process..if you've done it a few times. The simplest way I've learned, is by putting the forks through the deck their proper place, screwing the forks on and then tightening the clamp. It can get very tricky during this part because if the nuts at the top of the headset are too tight then the deck wont spin around as it is supposed to. If the nuts are too loose then the bars will move around and damage the threads and headset.

The next step is to put the wheels on. you first put in the bearings, and spacer. The spacer is put in between the bearings and must be dead center. You the put the wheel in the forks, put the axel through it, and tighten it down.

Now, if it has not already been applied, cut the griptape to the correct shape, and apply. Handle grips and brake should also be applied.
